Upon encountering an enemy or those of authority
O Allah, we ask You to restrain them by their necks, and we seek refuge in You from their evil.
اللّهُـمَّ إِنا نَجْـعَلُكَ في نُحـورِهِـم وَنَعـوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شُرورِهـمْ
"O Allah, we ask You to restrain them by their necks, and we seek refuge in You from their evil."
